Director of Refrathermica Ceramics

Dmitry Golubev is an experienced and talented leader who holds the position of Director at Refratermika Ceramics. Having two higher educations: Donetsk State Technical University - with a degree in Refractory Technology and Donetsk State University of Management with a degree in Organizational Management. Dmitry has been successfully working in management positions at industrial enterprises in the chemical and refractory industries of Ukraine for many years. In his professional career, Dmitry held positions such as Head of the polystyrene department of Concern Stirol OJSC, Deputy Director of the production company "Donvak-Mix", General Director of PJSC "Krasnogorovsky Refractory Plant", as well as General Director of PJSC "Velikoanadolsky Refractory Plant". This experience allowed him to be not only an authoritative specialist in his field, but also an effective leader, capable of organizing the work of teams and introducing innovative solutions. Now, as Director of Refrathermic Ceramics, Dmitry Golubev continues to develop his professional qualities, bringing the company success and a consistently high position in the refractory industry market.

Vitaly is one of the founders and co-founders of our company. With two higher educations, Vitaly has a broad outlook and varied experience. Its task is to guarantee the transparency and efficiency of all processes in the company in order to ensure stable and sustainable development. His management style is transparent and flexible, which allows him to strengthen the team and maintain a high level of corporate culture. In his role as authorized representative of the Board of Founders, Vitaly plays a critical role in liaising between the Board of Founders and the management of the company. He is responsible for providing regular reports to the board on the current state of the company, as well as informing about the achievements, challenges and risks facing the company. He also makes sure that the management of the company receives the necessary guidance and recommendations from the board, ensuring the implementation of strategic objectives and goals. As an authorized representative of the board of founders, actively participates in the development and discussion of strategic plans and budgets, representing the interests of the board and following their expectations. His experience and knowledge allow him to be an active participant in discussions and make valuable suggestions for the development of the company. He is able to identify potential growth and optimization opportunities, making him a key player in the long-term success of our organization.
